ALL Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are looking for talented Fitter Machinists and Boilermakers to join our client's dynamic team in Darwin, with positions available for immediate start!

About You:
Fitter Machinists:
- Programming and operation of CNC Lathes and VMC's
- Programming with CAM software and manual G code.
- Manual machining skills.
- Mechanical fitting skills.
- General turning & milling in a jobbing type environment
Boilermakers:
Competent in all facets of the trade including:
- Repairs & maintenance to Mining, Earthmoving, Oil & Gas, and Marine equipment.
- Assemblies associated with industrial plant equipment.
- Fabrication of structural sections, Drawing interpretation,
- Decision making, working onsite and unsupervised.
- Proficiency in MIG, FCAW, Arc air gouging, Oxy cutting,
Participate as required in planned communication such as:
- Manage Chemicals including; Maintain Hazardous Chemical Register, storage, using hazardous chemicals and transporting chemicals
- Participate as required in planned communication such as; production meeting, toolbox talks and WHS consultation, H & S and Committee, WHS issue resolution.
- Ensure document control including; using documents appropriately, identify relevant external documents
- Respond to Emergency Situations and Incidents
- Participate in and complete all training, competency, and inductions to the best of your ability
- Deliver Jobs in line with the Job Delivery Procedure including; Job Management, Quality Control, manage customer property, select materials, calibrate measuring equipment, follow any applicable work procedure, Notify the Director/Operations Manager when Jobs are completed or when transitioning between Job and carry out onsite work.
- Identify improvement opportunities and nonconformances
- Use plant and equipment in line with operators’ manuals and risk assessments and maintain plant as required
- Verifying purchased products
- Identify and maintain records as required
- Identify and report risks and hazards
- Complete Work as Delegated by Manager
Required Skills & Attributes
