On behalf of our client, ALL Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are hiring for an Operations Manager to lead and manage the operations, scheduling and dispatch of crews to various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, workforce scheduling and dispatch.
  • Manage supervisors, crews, subcontractors, plant and equipment allocation.
  • Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are consistently met.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders; resolve issues and variations.
  • Support quoting, invoicing and job cost reviews.
  • Drive productivity, culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven leadership experience in plumbing, hydraulic or building services operations.
  • Skilled in scheduling, dispatch, client liaison, quoting and invoicing.
  • Strong understanding of remote or regional project delivery (highly regarded).
  • Cert IV in Plumbing or relevant trade/industry qualification (preferred).
  • Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.
